order by fax you will need to download the order form, complete it, and fax it
back to our free fax number: 1-800-234-9185. You can get a copy of a blank
order form by clicking on the ‘Download Order Form’ button located in the blue
banner at the top of this page.
Payment Security
When you place an order online your credit card information is encrypted using
SSL encryption technology. This prevents information from being stolen or
intercepted when it is being transferred to us. Your credit card information is
also stored in an encrypted form in a restricted access server. This is quite
separate from our web site server so it keeps it safe from hackers.
